AMAALA Triple Bay, one of Saudi Arabia’s superyacht destinations, has received an opening date.
Participating in the TOURISE Summit in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, real estate developer Red Sea Global (RSG) has announced that the first phase of the project is scheduled to launch in the coming months.

Phase one of AMAALA boasts six resorts, including properties by Four Seasons, Equinox, Nammos, and Rosewood. The Corallium Marine Life Institute, Triple Bay Yacht Club, and a marina. Triple Bay Marina accommodates 116 berths, 50 of which are designed for vessels up to 120 meters in length.
The entire project plans to host 4,000 hotel rooms through 30 resorts, over 1000 residential options, retail, dining, and entertainment offerings.
“Deriving from the Arabic word for hope, Amaala offers a new coastal lifestyle rooted in wellness right here in Saudi Arabia,” said CEO of Red Sea Globa, John Pagano. “Guests and residents are invited to discover and honor what it means for them to live longer, better, whether that be serene retreats or sea and sun-soaked adventures.

Situated on Saudi Arabia’s north-western coast in Tabuk, the wellness hub was announced in 2018, originally an isolated project developed by the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF), before merging with the Red Sea Development Company and thus establishing RSG.
In October 2025, RSG secured a credit facility of SAR6.5 billion ($1.7 billion) from local banks to streamline AMAALA’s development.
