Saudi Arabia’s AMAALA has launched its yacht marina, located roughly 2,000 nautical miles from Monaco.
The development, operated by Red Sea Global, is one of Saudi Arabia’s megaprojects, part of a pledge to establish the Red Sea as a premier yachting destination.
The marina, which caters to 119 vessels up to 100 meters in length, offers fuelling services, as well as provisioning and crew offerings.
Its adjoining 7,900-square-meter facility, AMAALA Yacht Club, is modeled on the Red Sea coastline’s sculpted rock formations – designed by HKS Architects.
In September 2026, AMAALA Marina was announced as part of Red Sea Global’s “Yacht Network.” Along with Shura Island Marina, the initiative will bring together all aspects of the properties, including a shared 278 berths, to offer a streamlined experience for yacht owners, captains, and charter guests.
