The UAE-based ENATA Group is expanding its operations to Abu Dhabi, announcing an upcoming marine facility in partnership with Ajyal Holding.
The company, known for building the 10-meter carbon yacht Spirit, has invested $20 million for the outpost, which will be constructed on the new 100,00 plot.
The manufacturing complex, which includes 200 meters of waterfront, is set to boast a dry dock and refit services for yachts up to 60 meters in length. More features in machinery find metal 3D printing, high-precision robots and gantry systems.

The facility begins construction in 2026, and is scheduled to open in 2027. It will be the location in which the Foiler Ghost, a 28-meter yacht announced at the Abu Dhabi International Boat Show, will be built. The vessel’s completion date is penciled in for 2029.
“We are very proud to be moving our headquarters to Abu Dhabi. This move will expand our capabilities and capacity, and reinforces our commitment to the UAE. It also reflects the resilience of the Emirates, demonstrated time and again,” said Aloïs Vieujot, CEO of ENATA Group.

We will place strong emphasis on innovation and partnerships through our incubator and academy, which will open within the new site to accelerate growth in the aerospace and marine industries.”
