Global real estate firm ORA Developers is introducing a new yacht marina to the UAE as part of Y Views at Bayn.
The project, located within the 4.8 million-square-meter Bayn master in the luxury area of Ghantoot, sits in a strategic position between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Alongside a 204-berth marina, the facility boasts 1.2 km of private beachfront, a five-star resort and beach club, and food-and-beverage promenades.
With its strategic location, Y Views at Bayn sits approximately 30-50 minutes from Dubai International Airport and Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island.
ORA Developers, backed by Egyptian businessman Naguib Sawiris, was launched in 2016. The company has completed projects in Grenada and Egypt; Y Views at Bayn marks its first project in the UAE.
This development speaks to a wider shift among high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) toward Abu Dhabi. According to Henley & Partners, nearly 10,000 millionaires are expected to relocate, with a combined wealth of USD 63 billion. As it stands, the number of millionaires in Abu Dhabi has doubled in size, totaling 17,800 in the last ten years.
