Global real estate company ORA Developers has announced engineering and design firm AtkinsRéalis as its choice to masterplan the upcoming waterfront community Y Views at BAYN, a new development in the UAE’s Ghantoot.
The Canada-headquartered consultancy will oversee the master planning, infrastructure, and public realm design services for the project.
Bayn, part of the 4.8 million square meter luxury community, has previously announced the addition of a 204-berth marina. It features a 1.2 km private beach waterfront, a five-star resort, and a dining promenade. The community is set to offer residential and commercial spaces.
