The Abu Dhabi Maritime Awards, a ceremony honoring marinas in the Middle East, North Africa and Türkiye regions, has confirmed its return for 2026.
The fourth edition of the event, taking place during the Abu Dhabi International Boat Show on November 19-22, is a joint effort by Integrated Transport Center (Abu Dhabi Mobility), an affiliate of the Department of Municipalities and Transport, Abu Dhabi Maritime, a subsidiary of AD Ports Group.

Since its launch in 2023, the Maritime Awards have gradually increased the categories and nominees, recognizing stakeholders in the MENAT marina industry. Four components make up its categories: organization, project, and individual-based, with the “Outstanding Marina Award,” the highest honor of the night, awarded to a Marina displaying the highest level of rigor across all five of the organization-based awards.
“The Abu Dhabi Maritime Awards support the Integrated Transport Centre’s vision to deliver world-class, sustainable infrastructure that enables mobility and drives economic growth,” said Dr. Abdulla Hamad AlGhfeli, Acting Director General of the Integrated Transport Centre. The fourth edition reflects our continued confidence in the strength, competitiveness, and future potential of the regional marina industry, while reinforcing Abu Dhabi’s standing as a leading global maritime hub.

“The Abu Dhabi Maritime Awards continue to serve as a powerful platform for recognising excellence and driving progress across the marina ecosystem in the MENAT region,” added Captain Saif Al Mheiri, Abu Dhabi Maritime CEO and Group Chief Sustainability and Risk Officer at AD Ports Group. By celebrating organisations, projects, and individuals, the awards highlight the collective efforts shaping a more resilient, innovative, and sustainable maritime sector. At AD Ports Group and Abu Dhabi Maritime, we remain committed to enabling this growth and strengthening Abu Dhabi’s position at the forefront of global maritime development.”
The 2025 iteration of the event, which added seven categories, saw Dubai Harbor receive the Gold award in the Outstanding Marina category, while D-Marin Didim received the Silver prize. The Most Popular Marina Recognition, meanwhile, went to Qatar’s Pearl Island Marina (Gold) and Bulgari Marina in Dubai (Silver).
Submissions are now open for all marina operators and licensed marina owners in the area through the Abu Dhabi Maritime Awards website.
