Three yachting markets in the Gulf are coming together to strengthen the UAE’s position as a leisure marine destination.
Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Ras Al Khaimah have launched the “UAE Yachting Alliance,” an alliance to showcase the Emirates as an interconnected superyacht destination.
Announced during the 2026 Monaco Yacht Show, the partnership aims to establish a streamlined cruising route and itinerary between all three Emirates for yacht owners.
In addition, the scheme plans to introduce a unified platform with the goal of engaging the wider yachting sector, facilitate international yacht shows and collaborate on marketing initiatives.
The Memorandum of Understanding ceremony was overseen by Abu Dhabi’s Department of Culture and Tourism, the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, and Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority.
