Real estate firm Ora Developers is moving full steam ahead with its upcoming UAE project, BAYN, with an update on the construction of the development’s nautical facility.
The Egyptian company has appointed D-Marin to oversee Bayn Marina, the 204-berth site in which the global marina operator will act as a consultant.

Under this remit, D-Marin will bring technical knowledge, support the marina’s design, and provide regional expertise. D-Marin’s market knowledge stems from its seven UAE properties: Al Seef, Jaddaf Waterfront, Marasi Bay, Marsa Al Arab, Port De La Mer, Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Islands.

Marsa Al Arab Marina was recently awarded triple accreditation by The Yacht Harbour Association.

The project, located within the 4.8 million-square-meter Bayn masterplan in Ghantoot, is tucked in between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Alongside a 204-berth marina, the facility boasts 1.2 km of private beachfront, a five-star resort and beach club, and food-and-beverage promenades.

With its strategic location, Y Views at Bayn sits approximately 30-50 minutes from Dubai International Airport and Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island.
