The Marina, scheduled for a December 2026 opening, will operate at a capacity of 121 berths. The property is expected to feature dry storage services, a water transport station, and a public promenade.

The site, which began construction in January 2026, covers an area of 15,000 sqm, with its design and engineering overseen by United Trading Marine, in collaboration with Poralu Marine and Rolec Services. A February update revealed the installation of floating pontoons.
