SilverCat, a catamaran line from UAE-based builder Gulf Craft, has introduced its second wave of models, led by the SilverCat 47.
The model, which premiered in 2020, features a new generation of models built on a larger beam-to-length ratio, resulting in extended interior and exterior space.

Designed by Gulf Craft’s in-house team, the SilverCat 47 trades conventional SAN foam for rPET (recycled PET) foam core made from 100% recycled plastic, reducing CO2 emissions during production.
“With the SilverCat 47, our ambition was to redefine the modern power catamaran by bringing together contemporary yacht styling, intelligent space planning and premium craftsmanship,” said Cristiana Cassese, Product Marketing Specialist at SilverCat. “Every line, feature and material has been carefully developed to create a distinctive SilverCat identity — one that delivers exceptional comfort, effortless entertaining and a true luxury experience for owners.”

Catered to family-based cruising, the shipyard has expanded the SilverCat brand presence in recent months. In June, Gulf Craft appointed Kuwait Development & Trading Co, a subsidiary of Sultan & Salem & Sons, as the brand’s representative in Kuwait.

According to Gulf Craft CEO Erwin Bamps, the company plans to bring the SilverCat model to Europe in the future. “My ambition is to bring Nomad to Europe in 2026 and later bring Oryx and SilverCat,” he said to publication YachtStyle.
