Ahead of its launch, Ras Al Khaimah’s Wynn Al Marjan Island has shared new updates on the construction progress of its superyacht-accommodating Marina.

Wynn Marina, which will offer 98 berths, is a five-meter-deep facility accommodating vessels up to 85 meters in length.

The marina, the UAE’s largest resort-attached nautical property designed by Marina Solutions International, is intentionally designed as an appendage to the Island, employing a radial berth layout configuration to offer a direct connection between berths and the resort.
The property is said to forgo the traditional marina design in favour of a configuration designed to exist in harmony with the harbor’s natural geometry.

Connected to the resort through a 197-meter pontoon is the Capitaniere, an operations and hospitality hub acting as the designated arrival point for visiting yachts. The hub, designed by Dewan Architects + Engineers, will include concierge services, marina operations captain support, and ancillary guest services.

“Wynn Marina has been conceived as a direct extension of Wynn Al Marjan Island. “It brings together the specialist infrastructure required by modern super yachts with the service and hospitality that define Wynn,” said Max Tappeiner, President of Wynn Al Marjan Island. From arrival and berthing to provisioning, concierge support, and access to the resort, every element has been considered to make the transition between life on the water and the resort feel effortless.”
In July 2025, international operator IGY Marinas announced its partnership with Wynn Marina, overseeing its day-to-day management.

Wynn Resorts owns a 40% stake in the Resort, with the remaining 60% held by a joint venture with Marjan and RAK Hospitality Holding.
Wynn Al Marjan Island is scheduled to launch in 2027.
